Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Head-Up Display Calibration Board Audi A6 VAS 6657

-- The windshield projection head up display control module -J898- must be calibrated using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in Guided Fault Finding:

• The windshield projection head up display control module was replaced.
• The windshield was removed and installed.
• The DTC no or incorrect basic setting/adaptation is stored in the DTC memory.
