Engine Mount

1. Subframe
2. Assembly Mounts Sensor
   • Only for vehicles with high-voltage system
     • Assembly Mounts Sensor 1 -G748- left
     • Assembly Mounts Sensor 2 -G749- right
   • Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.
   • Calibrate the electro-hydraulic engine mount after calibrating. Refer to ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC ENGINE MOUNT, CALIBRATING .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to ASSEMBLY MOUNT SENSORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Bolt
   • 10 Nm
   • Only for vehicles with high-voltage system
   • Calibrate the electro-hydraulic engine mount after calibrating. Refer to ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC ENGINE MOUNT, CALIBRATING .
4. Bolt
   • 55 Nm
   • Vehicles with high-voltage system: after installing, calibrate the electro-hydraulic engine mount. Refer to ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC ENGINE MOUNT, CALIBRATING .
5. Bolt
   • 20 Nm

7. Support Bearing
   • Installation position. Refer to Fig 1.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SUPPORT BEARING .
8. Engine Support
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to ENGINE SUPPORT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

   • 55 Nm

11. Heat Shield
12. Engine Mount
    • Vehicles without high-voltage system with:
      • Left Electrohydraulic Engine Mount Solenoid Valve -N144-
      • Right Electrohydraulic Engine Mount Solenoid Valve -N145-
    • Vehicles with high-voltage system with:
      • Assembly Mount Actuator 1 -N513- right
      • Assembly Mount Actuator 2 -N514- left
    • Vehicles with high-voltage system: after installing, calibrate the electro-hydraulic engine mount. Refer to ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC ENGINE MOUNT, CALIBRATING .
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
13. Bolt
    • 90 Nm + 90°
    • Replace after removing.
    • Vehicles with high-voltage system: after installing, calibrate the electro-hydraulic engine mount. Refer to ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC ENGINE MOUNT, CALIBRATING .
14. Bolt
    • 30 Nm
    • Vehicles with high-voltage system: after installing, calibrate the electro-hydraulic engine mount. Refer to ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC ENGINE MOUNT, CALIBRATING .

Support Bearing - Installation Position

• The raised section -2- of the engine support must engage into the opening -1- on the support bearing.

Installation Position - Sensor with Assembly Mount Actuator

• The sensor with the actuator -2- must engage in the hole -arrow- on the engine mount -1-.

Transmission Mount

1. Side Transmission Mount
   • Vehicles with high-voltage system with:
     • Transmission Mount Valve 1 -N262- right
     • Transmission Mount Valve 2 -N263- left
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Bolt
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to the appropriate service information .
3. Side Transmission Support
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
4. Bolt
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to the appropriate service information .
5. Bolt
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to the appropriate service information .
6. Tunnel Crossmember
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to the appropriate service information .
7. Bolt
   • Only remove when the transmission mount must be separated from the transmission support
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to the appropriate service information .
8. Rear Transmission Support
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR TRANSMISSION MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
9. Nut
   • Only remove when the transmission mount must be separated from the transmission support
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to the appropriate service information .
10. Bolt
    • Tightening specifications. Refer to the appropriate service information .
11. Rear Transmission Mount
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR TRANSMISSION MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Stop
    • For the transmission mount
13. Not Installed

15. Nut
    • Tightening specifications. Refer to the appropriate service information .
16. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
17. Bracket
