Test Conditions
- Battery testing in battery support mode. Refer to BATTERY, CHARGING .
- Fuel pump fuse OK. Refer to the appropriate Wiring Diagram.
- Fuel Pump Control Module -J538- is OK; check in Guided Fault Finding with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. .
- Fuel tank is at least 1 /4 full.
- Fuel filter OK.
- Fuel lines OK (not plugged, not kinked).
- Ignition switched off.
