The following dimensions represent the distances at the marked points. This must also be oriented to the layout of the original adhesive bead on the removed component.

1. Rear Window
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR WINDOW, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Center at the sides
2. Adhesive Bead
   • Observe minimum curing times. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
   • Note the different distances to the window edge
     • Dimension -a- = 9.0 mm
     • Dimension -b- = 7.5 mm
     • Dimension -c- = 24.0 mm
     • Dimension -d- = 16.5 mm
     • Dimension -e- = 9.5 mm
     • Dimension -f- = 24.5 mm
   • Adhesive bead thickness. Refer to Adhesive Application: .
3. Spacer
   • Place on the markings made on the ceramic coating
   • Quantity: 8
4. Locating Pins
   • Loosen the bonding before cutting out the window glass
   • Quantity: 2
