Engine, Supporting In Installation Position

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Engine Support Bridge: 10-222 A 
• Engine Support - Supplement Kit: T40093A 

Procedure 

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the left and right covers for the fender. Refer to OVERVIEW - FENDER .

-- Position the : 10-222A  at the left and right side on the longitudinal member.

-- Engage the : 10-222A/11  at the left and right on the engine lifting eyes.

-- Tension the engine with the spindles slightly until the engine mount is not under a load.

Assembling 

Assemble in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
