Injector Nozzles: Removal
- Pull off leak fuel lines (bypass lines) on injector nozzles. Remove fuel lines at injectors and at fuel injection pump with Fuel Line Wrench (T84P 9396 A). Cap all fuel lines and openings with protective caps as fuel lines are removed.
- Unscrew fuel injectors with a injector nozzle socket. Note injector order for installation.
- Disconnect sensor plug wires and guide sensor wire through injector nozzle socket. Plug cylinder block injector nozzle opening. See Fig 1.
