Functional Description

The transmission control unit communicates with the following components:

• Gear selector lever switch: Conductors L1 to L4.
• Program switch: S, E, M.
• Instrument cluster.
• Kick-down switch.
• Brake light switch (with PIN shift-lock only).
• Brake light test switch (with PIN shift-lock only).
• Lifting solenoid PIN shift-lock (with PIN shift-lock only).
• Solenoid valves: MV 1, MV 2, MV band, MV-WK.
• Pressure regulator.
• Oil sump temperature sensor.
• Road speed sensor.
• DME control unit.
