Removal & Installation
- Lock steering wheel.
- Remove lower trim from instrument panel. See INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM (LOWER SECTION)

- Remove clamping bolt. Press down on steering spindle. See Fig 1
.
- Detach steering angle sensor from steering spindle. See Fig 2
.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Pin of pivot mounting (1) must rest in square section (2) of steering angle sensor. See Fig 2
.
- Clamping screw must be located in retaining groove of upper steering spindle. Replace self-locking nut and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
