Locking Test Functions

While L_on is displayed press the left setting button (S/R for Set/Reset) in the instrument cluster. The cluster will be locked. Only tests #1 and #2 will be available while the cluster is locked.

NOTE: The test functions are always locked after a terminal has been changed.
