Controller Scrolling Function Not Responsive

SITUATION

The customer states that sporadically when scrolling using the controller, the cursor stays on the CID (Central Information Display) menu item and does not move.

CAUSE

Controller faulty

PROCEDURE

On a customer complaint basis, replace the controller.

Refer to the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) for the correct part.
