This tool is used for adjusting the clearance of the partial-vacuum canister on the turbocharger. For more details, refer to the repair instructions for Series M57TU535d, section 11 65 075.

Locking Plug

Guide Drifts

This tool is used for installing connecting rods with pistons. The guide drift 116 330 has been designed in such a way that damage is not possible when the connecting rod is installed with the piston. For more details, refer to repair instructions for the 3 Series E46, section 11 25 530.

Extraction tool

Test Probe

This tool is used for the DIS pressure sensor or compression recorder 110 221, for measuring compression pressure in conjunction with test probe 110 222. For more details, refer to repair instructions for the 3 Series E46, section 11 00 039.

This tool is used for inserting the shaft seal into the timing-case cover in conjunction with insertion sleeve 115 110. For more details, refer to repair instruction for the 5 Series E39, section 11 14 141.
