PROCEDURE

If a programming failure is observed on the instrument cluster, before reattempting a second programming session, check whether the vehicle identification number is listed in the attachment to this Service Information bulletin.

If the vehicle identification number of the affected vehicle is shown on the list  , replace the instrument cluster.

If the vehicle is not on the list,  repeat the programming procedure up to two additional times; then replace it.
