TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS - CRANKCASE

2AZ	ASA screws Bedplate to crankcase. Aluminum screws/bolts are permitted with and without color coding (blue).	N52T	M10 x 27	Replace screws. Thread repairs exclusively with aluminum Helicoil threaded insert. Jointing torque and angle of rotation must be observed without fail.
				Jointing torque	15 Nm
				Torque angle	90 °
3AZ	ASA screws Bedplate to crankcase. Aluminum screws/bolts are permitted with and without color coding (blue).	N52T	M8 x 37	Replace screws. Thread repairs exclusively with aluminum Helicoil threaded insert. Jointing torque and angle of rotation must be observed without fail.
				Jointing torque	8 Nm
				Torque angle	90 °
4AZ	ASA screws Bedplate to crankcase. Aluminum screws/bolts are permitted with and without color coding (blue).	N52T	M10 x 41	Replace screws. Thread repairs exclusively with aluminum Helicoil threaded insert. Jointing torque and angle of rotation must be observed without fail.

5AZ	Oil spray nozzles Oil spray nozzles in crankcase.	N52T	M8 x 1		12 Nm
6AZ	Plug Coolant drain to crankcase. Aluminum screws/bolts are permitted with and without color coding (blue).	N52T	M14 x 1.5	Replace screw and sealing ring. Thread repairs are not permitted!	50 Nm
7AZ	Plug Coolant drain to crankcase. Aluminum screws/bolts are permitted with and without color coding (blue).	N52T	M22 x 1.5	Replace screw and sealing ring. Thread repairs are not permitted!	50 Nm
8AZ	Plug Mounting hole, gear case to bedplate. Aluminum screws/bolts are permitted with and without color coding (blue).	N52T	M16 x 1.5	Replace screw. Thread repairs are not permitted!	27 Nm
