63 11... Replacing right LED main light module

Attention!

Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD PROTECTION) .

NOTE: Removal and installation of LED main light module is carried out from engine compartment.

Removal:

Release filler channel (1) at latch mechanism (2) and pull upwards.

Turn filler channel (1) away to side.

Release all screws (1) and pull LED main light module (2) out of headlight.

Installation:

Installation note:

Plug-in contacts (1) on LED main light module (3) must not be damaged.

Gasket (2) on LED main light module (3) must not be damaged and must be installed free of grease.

Installation note:

Make sure connector (1) IS CORRECTLY FITTED ON HEADLIGHT (2) .

Insert LED main light module (2) into headlight and tighten with screws (1).

Tightening torque 63 11 1AZ .

Insert filler channel (1) into holder.

NOTE: Make sure filler channel (1) is correctly fitted and engaged (2).

Replacement:

Carry out VEHICLE PROGRAMMING/CODING .
