Disassembling The Cylinder Head From The Special Tool

• Unfasten screw connection.
• Lift cylinder head from special tool with workshop crane 0 494 362 (11 9 000).

  NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
• Install guide rail (2) from above.
• Replace bearing journal (1).

  Parts:  Bearing journal

• Tighten the bearing journals (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Bearing journal to cylinder head
Replace the bearing journal!	Tightening torque	20 Nm
