Instrument Panel Control Head

Consists of two units: 1) Temperature Dial (thumbwheel) which permits selection of desired in-car temperature (65°F. to 85°F. in 5° graduations) and positions temperature dial rheostat accordingly (see SENSOR SYSTEM AND TEMPERATURE DIAL RHEOSTAT) and, 2) Selector Lever operating an electrical switch and vacuum valve providing seven operational modes from "Off" to "De-Ice".
