Turbocharger Assembly: Installation
Clean cylinder head and exhaust manifold mating surfaces prior to installing new gaskets. Reverse removal procedure while tightening in sequence and to specifications; oil feed lines, water feed and return lines, oxygen sensor, air intake duct, and vacuum hose to actuator.
Clean adapter sealing surfaces at intake manifold and turbocharger. Apply Loctite anti-seize compound to all exhaust pipe-to-manifold or turbocharger bolts. Reverse removal procedures to install.
