- This test simulates a reference pulse to the ECM. The ECM should cycle the injectors with each touch of terminal "C".
- This check is to verify that the dual crank sensor has power and a ground which are both supplied by the C(3)I module.
- This will test the ignition module's ability to process the simulated signal from the dual crank sensor.
- This will check for a short to voltage on the injector circuits and for a faulty ECM.
