Removal (Front)

  1. Remove door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL  .
  2. Remove water deflector. See WATER DEFLECTOR  .
  3. Raise window glass (94) as necessary. See Figure . Support window glass (94) in position needed to access rivets (96) by taping it to door frame using cloth-backed body tape.
  4. Remove door latch module assembly. See DOOR LATCH MODULE ASSEMBLY  .
  5. Remove rivets (96) connecting window sash (92) to window regulator sash (95), using a drill and 5/16" drill bit.
  6. Remove screws (99) and reinforcement, if necessary, securing window regulator cam assembly (100 or 102) to door panel. See Figure .
  7. Disconnect electrical connection.
  8. Remove rivets (97) securing window regulator (98 or 101) to door panel using a drill and 5/16" drill bit.
  9. Remove window regulator assembly.
