Test Description

Numbers below refer to circled numbers in diagnostic chart.

1. Checks if Tech 1 can communicate with EBCM.
2. Determines if serial data circuit is open.
3. Checks for short to battery in serial data circuit.
4. Checks for short to ground in serial data circuit.
5. Checks if Tech 1 can communicate with EBCM.
