Installation Procedure

- Position the rear suspension support in place.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE
- Install the rear wheel spindle rod-to-rear suspension support bolts and nuts.
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 140 N.m (103 lb ft).
- Install the rear suspension support mounting bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 110 N.m (81 lb ft).
- Position the rear wheel spindle rod to the knuckle. Install the retaining bolts and nuts to the knuckle.
Tighten
Tighten the nut to 150 N.m (110 lb ft).
- Install the stabilizer shaft to the rear suspension support. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Replacement
- Connect the brake lines to the rear suspension support. Refer to REAR BRAKE HOSE in Hydraulic Brakes.
- Install the parking brake cables and the tensioner. Refer to PARK BRAKE CABLE .
- Install the exhaust pipe. Refer to MUFFLER REPLACEMENT in Engine Exhaust.
- Install the Tires and Wheels. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION in Tires and Wheels.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Adjust the rear wheel alignment. For wheel alignment specifications, refer toINTRIGUE in Wheel Alignment.
