Installation Procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Buick Regal and 2004 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Install the front fender liner to the wheelhouse opening over the stud.
- Install the nut to the stud at the rear of the front fender liner.
Tighten: Tighten the nut to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
- Install the bolts to the front fender liner at the front bumper fascia.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
- Install the bolts to the front fender liner at the rear of the fender.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 7 N.m (61 lb in).
- Install the bolt from the front tab of the front fender liner at the lower engine compartment side rail.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in).
