Installation Procedure

Lubricate the O-ring with clean engine oil before installation and replace if damaged.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the CKP sensor bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
Connect the CKP sensor electrical connector.
Install the right tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
Lower the vehicle.
Perform the crankshaft position (CKP) system variation learn procedure. Refer to CKP System Variation Learn Procedure .
