Front Impact Sensor Replacement: Removal

- Do the 12 volt battery terminal disconnection procedure (see 12 VOLT BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION AND RECONNECTION ), then wait at least 3 minutes before starting work.
- Remove the front inner fender (see FRONT INNER FENDER REPLACEMENT ).
- Disconnect the engine compartment wire harness 2P connector (A) from the front impact sensor (C).
- Remove the TORX bolt (C) using a TORX T30 bit, then remove the front impact sensor.
