Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .

  3. Disconnect the 4 ignition coil wiring harness plugs (1).

  4. Remove the 2 ignition coil bracket bolts (1).
  5. Loosen the ignition coil bracket bolt (4).
  6. Remove the 4 ignition coil bolts (2).
  7. Remove the ignition coil bracket (3).

  8. Remove the 4 ignition coils (1).
