Easy Entry Seat Learn Procedure

When a power seat or the folding top control module is replaced, the easy entry seat learn procedure will need to be performed in order to complete the repair. The learn procedure allows the folding top control module to learn the physical limits of the seat horizontal forward and rearward positions in order to prevent mechanical damage to the seat from occurring during easy entry seat operation.

1. Install a scan tool.
2. Go to the Folding Top Control Module.
3. Select Configuration/Reset Functions.
4. Select Driver Seat Easy Entry Position Sensor Learn and/or Passenger Seat Easy Entry Position Sensor Learn.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
