Installation Procedure
Install the power steering wiring harness (1) to the vehicle.
- Nut(2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Nut(3) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Fuse Block Cover(1) - Install
Install the 2 clips (1) to the power steering wiring harness bracket (2).
- WARNING:
While engine is operating, the exhaust system will become extremely hot. To prevent burns avoid contacting a hot exhaust system.
Clip(2)@Power Steering Assist Motor - Install
- Electrical Connector(1) - Connect
- Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Connect
