Installation Procedure

  1. Install Radiator (1)
  2. Install Radiator Upper Insulator Radiator Upper Insulator Replacement

  3. Install the air conditioning condenser (2) onto the radiator. Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LCV)

  4. Install Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV)

  5. Install Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV) 
  6. Install Engine Coolant Auxiliary Fan Shroud Engine Coolant Auxiliary Fan Shroud Replacement (LCV)

  7. Install Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (1)Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement (LTG, LCV)

  9. Install Forward Range Radar Module Bracket (2) @Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Forward Range Radar Module Replacement
  10. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  11. Check the cooling system for leaks.
