Installation Procedure

  1. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield (1).
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the 3 exhaust manifold heat shield bolts (2) and tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  3. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
