Installation Procedure

    Fuse Block (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Positive Post Connector Nut (1) Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. GM4735395

    Install and tighten the M8 fuse block wiring harness terminal and nut (1) [2x] to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).

  4. GM4818716

    Install and tighten the M6 fuse block wiring harness terminal and nut (1) [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  5. GM4734791

    Install and tighten the fuse block body wiring harness terminal and nut (1) [4x] 9 N.m (80 lb in).

    Body Wiring Harness Connector (1) - Install

  7. GM4734788

    Fuse Block Cover (1) - Install

  8. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
