Installation Procedure

  1. GM4621640

    Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (1) - Install

  2. GM4621645
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Positive Battery Clamp Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  4. Connect all electrical connectors.(1)
  5. GM4621643

    Generator and Battery Cable (2) - Install

  6. Generator and Battery Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten 16 N.m (12 lb ft)
  7. GM4621639

    Front Compartment Fuse Block Cover (1) - Install

  8. Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side (5-Door Wagon 35)Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side (Hatchback) - Connect
  9. BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION AND CONNECTION (3.6L LGX)BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION AND CONNECTION (2.0L LTG) - Install
