Installation Procedure
- Install the front of the handle housing cover (1) to the front of the handle body (2) working your way rearward gently placing the handle housing cover over the handle body snapping it together.
- Handle Housing Cover Screw (1) - Install and tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution
- Install the front side door outside handle (1) into the handle bracket.
- While screwing in the screw for the lock cylinder opening cover, hold the front side door outside handle (1) in the open position, this will avoid the front side door outside handle from snapping once the spring pressure is relieved and the front side door outside handle returns to the close position.
- Front Side Door Lock Cylinder Opening Cover - Install - Front Side Door Lock Cylinder Opening Cover Replacement
- Front Side Door Armrest Bracket - Install - Front Side Door Armrest Bracket Replacement
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the water deflector.
- Inspect the door for proper operation before installing the door trim panel.
