Installation Procedure

Position the clutch control module (1) on the torque tube.

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

NOTE:
Apply loctite before installing bolts.

Install the mounting screws (1) and the stud (2) for the clutch control module.

Tighten

Tighten the screws and stud to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Reconnect the electrical connectors (1) for the clutch control module.
Record the rear differential clutch service calibration value(s) located on the rear drive module housing (right side only with single clutch system, left and right with RPO G99 twin clutch system). Document each of the numbers and their location for use with the calibration procedure.
Install the underbody rear air deflector. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Left Side
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
Program the K47 Rear Differential Clutch Control. Control Module References
