Install the generator against the direction of arrow.

Generator (1) - Install

Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Tube (1) - Install
Retainer (2) - Install
Raise the vehicle.

CAUTION:
Fastener Caution

Generator Bolt (2, 3) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft) [2x]
Generator Nut (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Battery Positive Cable - Reposition
Generator Lead Nut (2) - Install and tighten 12.5 N.m (111 lb in)
Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

Intake Manifold Cover (3) - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
Drive Belt - Install - Drive Belt Replacement
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (2.0L LTG)
