Component Testing

Static Test

1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the A23P Door Latch Assembly-Passenger.
2. With the door in the closed position, test for infinite resistance between the signal terminal 7 and ground terminal 9
   • If not the specified value, replace the A23P Door Latch Assembly-Passenger.
3. With the door in the open position, test for less than 5 Ω between the signal terminal 7 and ground terminal 9
   • If greater than the specified range, replace the A23P Door Latch Assembly-Passenger.
