- Ignition ON.
- Verify that DTC C116A is not set.
- If the DTC C116A is set
Diagnose the root cause power steering malfunction. Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle
- Go to next step: If the DTC C116A is not set
- If the DTC C116A is set
- All OK.
