Radiator Support Baffle Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick) . Remove the front bumper fascia upper support. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Upper Support Replacement (Chevrolet) . Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement . Remove the air upper baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement . Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler from the radiator support baffle if equipped. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
1	Radiator Support Baffle Fastener (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Radiator Support Baffle Procedure Tilt the radiator support bracket forward and lift to remove from the vehicle.

Remove the front bumper fascia upper support. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Upper Support Replacement (Chevrolet) .
Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
Remove the air upper baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler from the radiator support baffle if equipped. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .

Tilt the radiator support bracket forward and lift to remove from the vehicle.
