Intake Manifold Installation
Cement sheet metal gasket on engine. Triangular shaped piercings on gasket should catch underside of manifold mating surfaces on cylinder head, and all holes should line up. Indentations around holes should be positioned into holes. Place rubber gaskets over rails at front and rear (tabs on gaskets should be positioned in holes in rails and beveled ends should be tucked into slots at mating of head and rail). Tighten screws to 30 ft. lbs.
