Control Components: Sensors

Three sensors are used as in the front system and provide the same control of the rear system as those used to control the front system. The rear system sensors are located as follows:

1. The in-car sensor is mounted in a grille located on the rear package shelf.
2. The duct or discharge-air sensor is located in the mode door assembly on the right side of the car.
3. The ambient sensor is located in the right air intake scoop.
