This General Motors DFI article has been divided into 3 articles. This article covers DFI system description and operation of major components that apply to Eldorado and Seville.

The last 2 articles contain all the trouble code and component charts for diagnosing each system. These sections include "Trouble Code" identification charts and wiring diagrams for each system for Eldorado and Seville.
