Test Conditions:

No codes or problems in TPS, VSS, or throttle switch circuits.
Vehicle speed is zero.
Throttle switch closed.
Battery voltage greater than or equal to 11.0 volts.
RPM is more than 152 RPM greater than desired RPM.
Not a cold start.
