Note On Intermittents

Code E32 can be set by the following:

• Open 5 volt reference between ECM and sensor.
• Open in MAP signal between sensor and ECM.
• Defective MAP sensor.

Manipulate affected wiring and connectors while observing ECM parameter P.0.2. Apply and release vacuum to MAP sensor vacuum port using a vacuum source. If ECM parameter P.0.2 displays less than 17 kPa, condition has been induced and cause of intermittent can be repaired.
