Reed Block Connector Pin Access

Some tests require that voltage and/or resistance measurement be taken at the reed block connector pins. The sensor block side of this connector may be accessed using the following procedure. See Fig 1 .

1. Remove sensor block cover screw and cover.
2. Disengage Orange reed block connector by pulling outward with fingers. See Fig 1 , View A. The reed block connector is marked with the word 'Push'.
3. Using a small screwdriver, CAREFULLY disengage the connector locking tab and disengage connector from reed block. See Fig 1 , View B.
4. Reed block connector circuits are now accessible for testing. See Fig 1 , View C.
