Computerized Engine Controls: Mem-Cal: Installation

1. Install MEM-CAL in MEM-CAL socket. Small notches in the MEM-CAL must be aligned with the small notches in the MEM-CAL socket. See Fig 1 . Press on the ends of the MEM-CAL until the retaining clips snap into the ends of the MEM-CAL. Press the clips into the side of the MEM-CAL until they snap into place. Listen for the click. Do not press on the middle of the MEM-CAL, only on the ends.
2. Install access cover on PCM.
3. Install PCM in passenger compartment.
4. Connect connectors to PCM.
