  1. Codes P021, P022, P027, P056 and P090 not set.
  2. Torque management brake switch not applied.
  3. Traction control not active.
  4. Two seconds since key on.
  5. Throttle position 15.7° or greater.
  6. Engine speed 500 RPM or greater.
