Throttle Cable
- To adjust throttle cable, press and hold throttle cable adjuster button. Position throttle cable adjuster in non-adjusted position. Pull cable housing away from adjuster so housing will be at its longest position.
- Release throttle cable adjuster button. Remove cable adjuster covers. See Fig 1
. Insert 1/8" drill bit (shank first) into hole in top of adjuster assembly. See Fig 1
.
- Using a 1/4" ratchet and extension, insert extension through top hole of first cam and into square hole of second cam. Rotate all 3 cams until adjuster assembly is at wide open throttle. Several clicks of throttle cable adjuster should be heard. If clicks are not heard, repeat adjustment procedure.
