Washer Pump Operates Continuously

Disconnect washer pump connector. Measure voltage between ground and Black/Red wire at washer pump wiring harness connector. If battery voltage is not present, no problem is indicated. Reconnect connector and recheck system operation. If battery voltage is present, repair short to battery in Black/Red wire. See WIRING DIAGRAM . Recheck system operation.
