Some Or No System Functions Operate From Both Remote

FUNCTION ACTUATOR (RFA) TRANSMITTERS

1. If system operation check has been performed, go to next step. If system operation check has not been performed, see procedures in SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
2. Check power door lock/unlock functions with door trim panel mounted switch. If door(s) lock/unlock as commanded, go to next step. If door(s) do not lock/unlock as commanded, see appropriate POWER DOOR LOCKS article.
3. Check lock/unlock functions using second or known good transmitter. If door(s) lock/unlock as commanded, go to step 5). If doors do not lock/unlock as commanded, go to next step.
4. Replace RKE module. Verify system operation.
5. Replace faulty transmitter. Verify system operation.
