A/C-Heater Programmer: Notes

NOTE:
The A/C-heater programmer may also be referred as Air Conditioning Module (ACM).
A/C-Heater Programmer (ACM) is located behind the glove box, attached to bracket next to right end of HVAC module assembly. ACM controls temperature regulation through control of the air mix valve motor. Air mix valve motor provides a feedback signal to indicate valve position. ACM also controls 4 vacuum solenoids which control air inlet-recirculation valve, A/C defrost valve, up-down valve, and parking brake release. The ACM is equipped with a self-diagnostic function.
