Lumbar Support With Auto Contour Control: Notes

Driver's and passenger's adaptive seat each consists of these components: lumbar switch, adaptive lumbar module, pump motor, seat cushion air bladder, seat back air bladder, IGN 3 RR 10-amp fuse and MEM T&T 10-amp fuse. This is a power inflate/deflate pneumatic system used for controlling seat comfort by inflating or deflating an air cell within seat cushion or seat back. An adaptive seat system will operative on when ignition switch is in RUN position.

Battery voltage is supplied at all times to driver and passenger adaptive lumbar modules and pump motors through battery voltage circuit and MEM T&T fuse located in rear fuse block. With ignition switch in RUN position, battery voltage is also supplied to both adaptive lumbar modules through ignition 3 voltage circuit and IGN 3 fuse located in the rear fuse block.
